For day one of my TONI&GUY Hair Meet Wardrobe experience I decided to go with a Casual look. I have a pretty versatile style, and I at some point I rock all the key TONI&GUY Hair Meet Wardrobe looks to some degree. I wanted to make sure my hair reflected the punky, grungy vibes I had going on with my outfit. So we I went with a ponytail (which I rarely wear, but I might have to in future) and a bit of a messy beehive at the back. To do this my stylist used Toni&Guy Hair Meet Wardrobe Casual Sea Salt Texturising Spray to give my hair some rough texture, before lightly backcombing around the crown to add lift. Then my stylist used his fingers too rough up the hair even more and give some messiness to it, I dont like my hair too perfect so we didn't want to make it look too refined. The rest of the hair was pulled back into a pony tail, tied with an elastic. The ends of the hair was then curled a little and finished of Toni&Guy Hair Meet Wardrobe Glamour Firm Hold Hairspray 250ml. I have to admit the rain did ruin my hair, and when I got these images taken it was looking a little grungier than I'd even usually go for.
Also I headed backstage at the Todd Lynn show to talk the hair created for the Catwalk. TONI&GUY Hair Meet Wardrobe Global Hair Ambassador Mark Hampton prepped the hair with Toni&Guy Hair Meet Wardrobe Prep Volume Plumping Mousse with a bit of hot air to make it dry quicker (It was backstage and super busy!). The hair is parted in the center, then lifted up on itself to build texture. Next it's popped into a loose ponytail, twisted and a bit Toni&Guy Hair Meet Wardrobe Creative Style Spray Wax added. Then Toni&Guy Hair Meet Wardrobe Creative Extreme Hold Hairspray was used to finish the hair. The hair really reflected the Todd Lynn style. It was refined while also being a little edgy. The look felt done but undone at the same time. With the soft tailoring from Todd Lynn's clothing mixed with almost feral feel to some of the pieces the grungy, but also slightly refined hair reflected that really well.
