barry m matte nail polish: £3.99*

These Barry M Matte nail polishes of autumn winter have been in my possession for a while now and I can't believe i've only just got around to swatching them up and editing all the snaps of them. Barry M's Summer launches were a huge hit with me and I covered them in great details a few months back and now they are back with their autumnal offerings. This collection is all about matte nail polishes. Matte nails are an acquired taste, I personally quite like the matte finish but I know some people prefer their polish super shiney. The formula of these polishes is very smooth and they dry down quickly. The matte texture comes out quickly and dries incredibly smooth. You could always add a shiny top coat if you wanted the shade of polish but aren't so keen on a matte finish.

Barry M Caramel is a muted brown yellow shade, its not quite mustard and its not as yellow as custard. I think caramel isn't quite the right way to describe the shade but it is growing on me as a shade! Ity's a nude light brown. Barry M Crush is a deep red berry shade which I really like. It's the perfect berry tone for autumn and I can see this shade being quite popular. Barry M Vanilla is a purple toned grey polish which i LOVE. Think of it like a wintery matte version of Models Own Utopia (aka Lily's favourite nail polish ever). Barry M Espresso is just a simple matte black, I think everyone should own a good black polish and this is a pretty darn good one. And finally last up is Barry M Mocha which is a matte brown, Im not overly keen on this one but it's a good quality shade. I'm just not sold on brown nails at all.

The shades from this collection are sophisticated, warm and really perfect for the colder fall months. They are available in Superdrug stores from September 25th, and Boots stores from October 2nd they are currently on sale in the Barry M Counter in Topshop in Oxford Circus.
