I've been rushed off my feet today, y'know. It's been one of those days where the to-do list feels like things just aren't getting ticked off as quickly as they need to be. I've been running around to and from the bank, post office and then a dentist appointment (shudder) in between finishing a project and managing a Facebook page (my least favourite part of working in social media). Thankfully my feet are trained in the art of wearing my Aleggera's, I generally find them pretty comfy to wear on a daily basis. They were a bitch to break in but now I couldn't live without them!

I've had this sweater a while now and it actually was relegated to the "PJ/comfy" section of my drawers. I don't know why, It just has this sort of lounge wear vibe in my eyes. Im so weird, I really have no idea about comfy or casual clothing if this is what I consider casual wear! Anyway I really love the print and the knit is really cosy and warm. Considering it's Topshops knitwear it's held up quite well in the washing machine, it still feels as soft as it was when I bought it! Polka dot tights are my new thing, I cant get enough of them. I just wish I could wear a pair for more than 24 hours without it looking like I've had a fight with a alley cat!

I had loads of compliments on the lip colour I wore yesterday, which funny enough I actually hated on myself. I did a review over of it on my other blog if you're interested (:

  58. i really wish i could pull off patterned tights - i did try some lace style tights a couple of years ago and i have no idea why, they looked awful on me! but they really suit you! i absolutely love the jumper too! it looks so cosy and just a bit than casual at the same time! as always, i wish i'd bought the allegra's before they completely went out of stock, they just look wonderful! X
