Organix Morrocan Argan Oil: boots (£6.99)

Now its pretty SRS BIZNIZ what I'm about to say, I think I may have found a hair oil I like as much as Morccocan Oil. DUNDUNDUN. Yes my hair loving friends I think the Organix Morrocan Argan Oil is just as good as the branded Morrocan Oil. It leaves my hair smooth, shiney and leaves it sleek and easy to manage. Hair oil has become the saviour of my hair routine, while my hair isn't dry all over, the ends can get really dry and I need some extra conditioner in the ends to keep it manageable. Like the Original, I find it doesn't weigh my hair down in the slightest and doesn't make my hair look oily or greasy either.

Organix Morrocan Argan Oil costs much less than Morrocan Oil to at around £7 for 100mls where as the equivalent would set you back around £25. Since I've started going to the gym everyday it means I have to wash and blow dry my hair everyday. It made much more sense to use the cheaper one than the expensive one seeing as I'm going through so much of it. I did some research on this product and apparently it contains silicones. I don't know much about stuff like this but apparently people were panicking about it so I thought I'd mention it. It also comes in a tube with a flip cap lid, which isn't that inconvenient, but I would prefer it if it was in a pump bottle as you don't use too much product! Although Im thinking of decanting it into my Morrocan Oil bottle once I've used it all up.

When I use hair oils, I towel dry my hair a bit, then apply about a 2p piece worth of products to my hand and rub together, then I run it through the ends of my hair up to about 4 inches away from the roots. I try and focus on the dry parts (the ends) and work it up. I then comb through and blow dry as normal.

Overall I really like Organix Morrocan Argan Oil and I'd suggest trying it out if your on the look out for a cheap hair oil alternative. I've also reviewed Tresemme liquid gold (which is FINALLY out) but I prefer the Organix version to the Tresemme one.

  1. I have been really interested in the morrocan oil but just can't justify. So this might be a good product to try, however what are silicons. I haven't really looked into what these are...

  11. I have all 3 products you mentioned and I would say that the expensive Moroccanoil is my favourite but I don't know whether that is because everyone says its so great that I've kind of thought that too! I find the organix is a great alternative and I use it after the gym too!

  16. Oou, I'm definitely going to pick this up when my moroccan oil runs out, which might be a while because I still have half of the bottle to use up. I love cheaper alternatives of beauty products that actually work!
I really like the Organix brand, and I'm currently using their shampoo/conditioner in the Coconut Milk kind. I've tried many any definitely approve of their products!

  29. Hello all,

This is a very good product for hair. The perfect indulgence for soft, seductive, silky perfection. This exotic precious blend penetrates, moisturizes, renews and creates hair softness and strength while protecting from harmful styling heat and UV damage as it gives you smooth, sexy tresses. Thanks for providing this oil. Thank you.....
