Feel Unique Box October 2011

Bliss Fabulous Foaming Face Wash, Tigi Catwalk Blow out Balm, Crabtree & Evelyn Handcream,
Orly Nail Lacquer in Terracotta, Caudalie Vinexpert Radiance Day Fluid, Burberry Body Perfume
Feel Unique Beauty Box £9.95

Another addition to the Beauty/Sample box phenomenon is the Feel Unique Beauty Box. Typical concept as the others on the market. Out of Glossy Box, Boudoir Prive & Carmine (post coming this week on that!), The Feel Unique Beauty Box is one I would 100% recommend. It's the cheapest of the bunch at just £9.95 including postage. The packaging box is smaller than the other boxes on offer, sleek matt black and different with a pull out drawer. Because its a bit smaller it makes it feel more "full". They would be great stacked for makeup storage too.

The theme for this box was Pre-Winter Warmers, The brands are a mixture of ones I've heard of, ones I've tried in the past and brands I didn't know. Its five sample sized products with one extra which was the perfume sample. I love the Orly nail polish colour as I don't actually own a coral colour. I've been using the Caudalie Fluide Matifiant as a moisturizer so I'm looking forward to the Radiance Day Fluid. Interested in trying the Bliss Face Wash as my current one has given me the worst rash ever. All of the stuff is things I'm interested in trying so I was very pleased.

I've seen a few of the previous boxes on other blogs (here and here) and all the samples are good, true sample sizes and they tend to include a few extras each month. This box isnt as well known a compared to the other boxes. But I do feel it is a "safe" choice if your looking for a box thats cheap and pretty consistant in terms of size, variety & content. It really hasn't got the kudos it deserves yet. Where as Im in two minds about keeping subscribed to the other boxes because of their unpredictability, I feel this is going to be a keeper. Something about it just appeals to me more than the other boxes.

  3. I think I would use everything there. I love catwalk hair products, I usually go for the shine ones that are a purple colour x

  7. I'm so tired of all of these beauty boxes - the market is already ridiculously over saturated, however the Feel Unique one really intrigues me because I order from them all the time xx

  8. Can't wait, I'm getting my first Feel Unique beauty box in November.. I really think the products and consistency of this box outshines all the others. I'm definitely going to keep a stack of boxes to use as neat makeup storage, too!

  11. You've got me interested in this box! Personally I thought sample sizes were a lot smaller, but I'm not complaining. Also, I don't know much about those products but they look pretty good, and if it's cheaper that's another plus for my student budget. I've tried glossy box - I was lucky enough to get last month's one, and I think that one was pretty good. I'm not sure as the whether I should subscribe though

  12. Looks good, all the kind of products that I would use but I agree with you saying it's like a 'safe bet'. I did sub to this when it first came out but I wasn't impressed with it at the time and cancelled to try out the others. At the moment, I'm subbed to three boxes (Glossy, Boudoir Prive and Amarya) so I don't think I'll be getting this one as well! x

  18. Yay for finding the keeper box! I live in Canada and have only discovered the Luxe Box, but I think getting a box from another country like these would be so cool.

  19. I love that the black and pink is reversed in this box so it's mainly black. Also loving how its like a pull out drawer, something a bit different! The products all look gorgeous and I may swap from Glossybox to this one xx

  21. hey hun. I'm considering signing up for a monthly beauty box. I'll only sign up to one company and am especially interested in makeup and hair products etc (I know you can't choose what you get though) and wondered of all the companies out there who you think is best to sign up for? xxx
