Kiss easy place string eyelashes*

These lashes are the ones that come with the strings attached, which supposedly makes them easier to put on and 5 times faster to apply. Im pretty good at putting eyelashes, I've had alot of practice! I actually found these ones alot harder to put on than regular ones. Mainly because they arent the right size for my eyes, if I was to trim them, which I do normally before putting lashes on. I feel it would have been a bit easier! I then thought it was quite difficult to actually get the red string off without it pulling away the lashes near the inner corner of the eye. I had to go back in and add some more glue it which made it look a little messy.

I do like the lashes themselves though, they are long and thin which I like. Not the usual kind of lashes I'd choose as I prefer thick, voluminious ones, but they do give a nice effect on the eyes and makes your lashes look long and natural. I am going to reuse them without the strings, I just don't know if it would help someone who cant put lashes on, I found it more of a hindrance than a help! The lashes themselves are nice but I don't feel its any easier to apply with the strings, I much prefer using a pair of tweezers to get them nice and close!

  1. I'm terrible at applying eyelashes so maybe this method would be worth a go? I may try them out, how much are they to buy from the shops? xx

  2. They do look great, but sounds complicated! Lashes are easy enough to apply once you've practiced so then having to learn a different way would be annoying.

  3. I've always been intrigued by these, but thought they might end up being a bit of a hassle to apply, didn't really get how the string would help haha. They do look lovely though! xx

  6. I tried these, and was meant to wear them for my prom but when I put them on, the string came off one and it ended up curling into a ball. It looked like a spider, definitely not something I want on my eye haha!

  8. These lashes are gorgeous, they look so dramatic yet natural! I think I would find the string a hindrance aswell though :/

  10. I find the whole string application so much more daunting and complicated than standard eyelash glue, and I'm not even that great at sticking them on! I wish there was an easy way to put eyelashes on but they'll always be fiddly. These are lovely lashes though, quite natural but lovely and long and full and they really suit you

  11. I agree, I first tried these at a stand at London Fashion Weekend, even when the woman put them on me they didn't look perfect and I had to adjust them myself. Strings are better in theory, next time I get these I'll pull out the strings first. However, the eyelashes themselves are lovely, I use no.4 which are the perfect length - I'm half asian so naturally have short eyelashes and no.4 look natural whilst giving volume.

  12. Aw I can't put lashes on at all! Booo. :( the best I can do is a few individual ones on the outer corners! It is a true skill :P

  13. The lashes do look lovely, but I must admit, I'm more of a fan of the normal ones. I find them a lot quicker if you do it properly xx

  16. I have difficulty applying falsies because I can't get them very close to my lash line. I'd seen these before and thought they were a good idea but totally didn't clock onthat you wouldn't be able to trim them because of the strings which I always need to do! x

  18. I can't apply false lashed for my life, but I want to try again because these look really good. Some of the false lashes out there are crazy, but these are simple and I'd even consider wearing them daily since they do look more natural.

  23. I got these in a goody bag from fashion week and they were useless! The strings are fiddly and make no difference. I tried to use them for a Burlesque show and gave up!

  24. i wanted to try them for so long but like you, i have to trim most my lashes as they are always too long. I also watched a friend attempt to put them on and she wasn't getting anywhere. For some reason many eyelashes struggle to stick to the inner corner of my eye so I can't see these helping that situation x
