So your hair is looking a little lack luster? Getting a little sad over all the post fashion week pictures of models with glossy shiny locks. Yeah me too. My frazzled little Lob has been through the wars recently and I’ve been on a one woman mission to make things right again. On my quest for glossier locks here what I’ve discovered….
Mask it:
A savior for colour treated and pre lightened hair. A hair mask is a beauty product that none of us self confessed beauty junkuies should be caught without. If you really want to up the gloss factor then add a few pumps of your favourite hair oil into the mix. Try mixing the with Bumble and Bumble Invisible Oil for a super model worthy shine.
Serum it:
Now adding a shine serum is the easiest way to fake a bit of glossiness. A few pumps of Tres Semme into the lengths of the hair (never near the roots, we don’t want to look greasy) can tame even the most coarse looking locks!
Flat Iron it:
Used in conjunction with a good heat protectant straightening the hair can boost shine in seconds. It smoothes out the hair’s cultures and keeps thing looking straight and glossy.
Brush it :
I’m guilty of not brushing my hair half as much as I should do but simply brushing your hair out is the simplest way to get shiny glossy locks. A good hairbrush will disperse the natural oils in your hair to adds natural shine.
