Uh. Where to start with this polish. It's called Lilac Rebel. Um... yeah that's definitely blue. Okay let's forget about the name and just apply the polish.
One Coat - Pretty thin still.
Two Coats - Oh, okay it'll need another.
Third Coat- ABJSGDKJSFJKSHFSNF.
Remove Polish.
I then tried it under a blue base and it looked a lot better. But the larger glitter stuck to the sides of the bottle and I couldn't scoop it out or lay them smooth. The smaller pieces came out fine but the effect I was looking for just wasn't happening.I do like the idea of having a matte glitter in a creme polish, I just felt this was too thin and just didnt work. This also comes in a topcoat only version which I might purchase as well as two other blended shades.
