The Estee Lauder Double Wear Brush on Glow BB Highlighter is E'Lauder answer to the YSL Touche Eclat - in BB form. I'm not a fan of the YSL Touche Eclat - It's a bit pants. This product is marketed as brush on highlighter in a twisting tube which brightens shadows, covers the signs of fatigue and highlight the face.
As spring is well and truly sprung I am on the hunt for a replacement of my favourite highlighter - Kevyn Aucoin Celestial Powder. The finish of the Estee Lauder Double Wear Brush-On-Glow BB Highlighter reminds me a little of a liquid version of Benefit's Watts Up. But then also has qualities that reminds me of the By Terry Touche Veloutte, a concealer/highlighter hybrid. It provides a subtle inner glow while illuminating and brighting which I think looks stunning. It actually conceals really well too - which genuinely surprises me as BB to me suggests it would be low coverage. Estee Lauder Double Wear Brush on Glow BB Highlighter is available in 8 shades, including one universal shade. Great for on the go and it claims to last up to 8 hours before fading.
It's hard to capture in photographs, but I absolutely LOVE this highlighter and I can see it being a firm favourite in my routine going forward. It just adds enough luminance to the face without looking unnatural or harsh. Love it.
