I don't like to take band's names in vain and try not get band t-shirts purely because they are "trendy". I think its ridiculous how many band/artist/tv show t-shirts Primark now sell, The mens section especially is full of t-shirt with Snoop Dogg, Rhianna or Jessie J! I'd been eying up this shredded Ramones vest in Primark the last few times I've been there and I decided to go ahead and get it. I do genuinely like The Ramones though so I guess thats some form of excuse. Plus thought it would look cool with some leggings and would be good for my holiday so too so I caved in. I have a three trip rule as well about things Im unsure about, If I like something but theres something niggling saying don't buy it I'll leave it. If O go back twice and see it and still like it I'll go ahead and buy it. Also I bought it in a size 18 as I didn't want it tight! I hardly ever look at the labels when I shop as I prefer to think about how a item would look on me rather than being so straight in the mindset of being a size 10!

As you can see my Microdermals have healed really well so far, I don't normally wear them uncovered but my piercer told me I should try and let them get some air for a few hours a day. They have been surprisingly low maintenance as far as piercing I've had in the past go. I clean them twice a day and wear them covered most of the time. I have to be careful with perfumes and other scented body products other than that I'm very pleased with the healing process so far!

  14. love this edgy look, the top suits you really well, especially with those leggings.

Those piercings majorly scare me (kinda imagine it to be super painful and would be scared o catching it) but yours looks actually really pretty on you and it looks great with that stud too :)

  18. I know you'll probably get a million questions on them, but I love your new piercings and are ones I'm considering myself. I just wondering if you could let me know (I know you said they are covered alot) but wether your hair is an issue? As I have long hair like you and worry about it catching, also I've had numerous piercings like you (i.e lip) and I wondered about pain factor? I know everyone's different but maybe just out of 10? Any answers would be much appricated :)
    - p.s looove your blog, followed since the very start :) xx

    1. my hair doesn't get caught on them really as i do wear them covered most of the day, and especially at night! they don't catch though! on a scale of one to ten it hurt about 7 when i got them done and then by the next day there was no pain at all. no swelling either!

    2. Thanks! Really want to get them now!

  19. You look AMAZING! I so want this tshirt! I know what you mean about band names on t shirts, I tend not to buy them either because I feel silly because I haven't listened to their songs-but they do look good!

Ah your piercings look so good too!

also i totally feel the same about band tee shirts! i love the way they look but dont own any for that reason xxxx

    1. it really annoys me! like seeing people with metallica tee's who obviously haven't heard of them before!

  26. love that you genuinely like the ramones rather than just buy the tee because its 'on trend' like so many others do! im somebody who gets rather annoyed by that haha. loving fringed tops at the minute too :)

  30. Love this outfit! I'm not really into band t-shirts either, theres nothing that winds me up more than people who wear them to be "cool" but have proberbly never listened to any of their music in their lives!

  37. Love this! I wish I had seen it before as I am a big Ramones fan. I bought the sugar skull one which I do like, but I found the fringes a tad too long so I gave them a little chop. I'll have a look out for these ones next time I'm in Primark.

  38. I love your microdermals, they really suit you. I agree, primark has gone a bit overboard with the music tees. They don't even look that good, the Rihanna one especially looks really cheap. I like this Ramones one though. There was a jumper version of this in Primark I was looking at in the men's section.
