Adidas Stella Sport

On Thursday night, with Zoe in tow we trotted off to the Topshop launch of the Adidas Stella Sport Collection. The latest collab from the iconic sports and clothing designer - this time with a youthful fun twist. The Adidas by Stella McCartney range is in it's 10th year and to celebrate they've released a cool new youth focused range.
Sportswear is going to have it's moment in 2015. I feel there has been a real shift in focus in the market with sportswear creeping more and more into daywear to create a fusion of street and sport. It's really cool and I'm interested to see where it goes this year.
The Adidas Stella Sport range includes colour pop accents, bold prints and a clash of sport and street wear. It's youthful, current and vibrant and a seamless blend of performance and style. With things like leggings, tee's, sports bras and even a "trackini" (a sports onesie to you and me!) there is something for everyone. Eye-catching and bright the range is fun, cool and unique. There are a ton of fabrics from airtex, neoprene and performance fabrics designed to fully enhance your work out experience.
If you're anything like me and need to have nice workout clothes to motivate yourself to work out then this might be a range for you to check out.My favourite pieces are the red neoprene varsity style jacket, the strawberry ice cream coloured bra (I really like the black one too, naturally) as well as the crowd print windbreaker. I wore super bright but also pastel at the same time the trainers to a boxersise session other day and loved them, It's fun to have something bright compared to my usual black trainers!
After dinner at Spuntino me and Zoe headed over to the Oxford Circus Topshop store for the launch party. At the launch we were greeted with insane pops of colour, super cool dj's and cocktails galore. As well as some healthy snacks of fruit and brightly coloured popcorn! Me and Zoe chatted with her friend Vicky who is actually in Charlie's band, was really lovely to meet her. There was some very cool body popping and voguing (honestly, no idea how they do it! I can barely bust a move!) and Charlie XCX performed a medley of her hits.
I had some interview time with the super talented Charlie XCX. Im pretty sure most people will know who she is after this year if they dont already! We talked through out favourite pieces (the red varsity inspired jacket and the "sports onesie") and how she would mix sportswear into her looks. §vAdmitting to me she doesn't work out but loves to keep herself moving and active with a energetic performance on stage. Charlie's a really cool girl and I've interviewed her before when she was still relatively unknown. It's always awesome to see someone so young and so talented doing so well. Swear that girl never touches down for long! As she's just released a new single (with Rita Ora no less) her plans for the next year are to tour of the UK in March.
