the weekend : baby blue coat

Today I met with some friends for a spot of light lunch at one of my favourite central haunts - Flat Iron. It’s a cheap steak place with a piece of steak for £10 then optional extras for around £2.50-£3.50 each. The steak is small but absolutely spot on for a light lunch in-between shopping. We then pottered down to Nordic Bakery (another of my favourite spots) for coffee and a cinnamon bun. The cinnamon buns are THE best ever here I totally recommend having them when they are hot as they are extra gooey and just oh so delicious.
I decided to wear my new Boohoo Coat - More on that on Monday. Lets say I might be doing something hilarious and awesome next weekend! I don’t know why I picked this powder blue colour but I actually really like it. It’s a lovely spring summer statement jacket without being too much. The cut isn’t my favourite ever, maybe it’s just a little too big for me (I have a size 10, so size down!). I then wore a old Topshop quiled jumper that I've had for a loooong time and a leather skirt also from Toppers. Shoes are also Topshop - they tore my feet to pieces when I first got them so I've avoided them for months. However with the addition of socks they are much more comfy and wearable.I then proceeded to spend far too much money in Topshop later in the day. Could I say Topshop more times in this post? Topshop.
