GUERLAIN BLANC DE PERLE LIGHTENING UV BASE SPF 30*
REVLON SKIN LIGHTS IN PEACH LIGHT
LAURA MERCIER RADIANCE PRIMER
Radiance primers aren’t new to the market but who doesn’t want to look fresh and glowing. Brightening primers can smooth the complexion, perk up tired looking skin and provide a youthful glow. Whats not to like? Remember that Radiance doesn’t equal glitter - here are my picks of brightening bases.

Revlon Skinlights is my budget option to my brightening priming line up. It's a liquid highlighter, but I like to use it pre-foundation as a base. I like all three shades of Skinlights but I think peach is a little more flattering on warmer skin tones like my own.  A nice way to use it is to mix it with foundation it gives the a dewy skin look. Guerlain Blanc De Perle Lightening UV Base SPF 30 is the fanciest of the threesome I've picked out. It provides a skin friendly protective barrier between the skin and makeup, complete with a pearly finish. A light veil of pink which brightens the complexion and corrects dark spots. It also contains SPF for ultimate skin protection. Finally, we have my favourite radiance primer - Laura Mercier Radiance Primer. A peachy pearly primer which evens out the skin tone brings a bit of luminosity to lacklustre skin and helps makeup last all day.
