jacket: river island
dress: primark
leggings: american apparel
necklaces: forever 21
belt: primark
rings: tatty devine, jwlry, market stall
nails: missguided misstique
This dress was £15 from Primark, possibly the most expensive thing I've ever purchased from there, but I really like it. I actually cut it so its more of a tunic than a dress, it seemed a bit too ~*prommy*~ so making it into a long top to me made it look a little more appropriate for daywear! Its got a lacey top and quite a full tulle skirt, Its a tad 80's Madonna I reckon with all the grungy jewels and stuff but I loved it. I wore it with my ever trusty super opaque American Apparel leggings! I cant sing their praises enough of their leggings, I know they are pricey but they really last and are super opaque! I like my tights sheer and my leggings totally opaque! Missguided sent me the polish which I absolutely love, Its such a different colour to all the blues and turquoises I already own! I dont think its on the website yet though!
Me and my loltastic friend Gareth went for lunch at this all you can eat chinese place and it was lush! I won the eating contest and snaffled a whole load of imperial mints into my bag. Nothing better than free mints after stuffing your face!

beautiful! :) <3

As if that's a Primark dress! It looks really good for Primark :D Looks similar to one I bought from ARK which was in beige and no lining underneath, but as I'm not brave enough, I stick on a vest underneath, haha! xo
ReplyDeleteLooove that dress. I can't believe it's from Primark, it looks like something you'd get from Topshop! And that moustache ring is amazing.

haha Well done on the contest, your right about free mints :) Love the dress, you look lovely x
ReplyDeleteI'm surprised this is a Primark dress, it's gorgeous! I love the lace, and yes, grunging it up with the jewelry etc definitely stops it becoming too 80's-esque.
ReplyDeleteAhh, I love stuffing my face with mints - especially free ones - after I've eaten, good to know I'm not alone!!
Sirens and Bells xx

ReplyDeleteAha I was going to say, I know Primark takes the piss with the lengths of it's "dresses" sometimes but that is super short. But it's all good, I can calm my Primark rage.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to get home to my cross necklaces now! You can't go wrong with a bit of 80s Madonna in my opinion!
